The Website shares general information about the shop, including menu items, prices, hours, and offerings. All of it can change without notice, and availability of anything described is subject to what is actually in the shop that day. Purchases made in the shop are handled at the counter; remakes, returns, and class refunds are described on our returns page.

The Website and everything on it, including text, images, design, and arrangement, belong to Loops Coffee & Yarn LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. The Loops name, logo, and designs are our marks; other names and logos on the Website belong to their respective owners. Such a determination will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These terms and our privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us regarding the Website. Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these terms will not be construed against the drafting party.
