Where is Loops located?

Loops is at 312 N Graham St, Charlotte, NC 28202, at the corner of N Graham and 6th in Uptown. We are targeting opening in Fall 2026.

What are the hours at Loops?

Loops is open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed Sundays.

Is there parking at Loops?

Loops is in Uptown at Graham House, on the corner of N Graham and 6th. There is free street parking on the residential streets nearby, along with paid street and lot parking around the area. We are also built around walking, biking, and transit. The 6th Street cycle track runs right by us, and the Gold Line streetcar is about a five minute walk.

What is flow-profiled espresso?

Flow profiling shapes the pressure and water flow across an espresso extraction rather than running at one constant pressure. Done well, it pulls more sweetness and balance from the same beans, with a cleaner finish.

Whose coffee does Loops serve?

Our house espresso is Methodical Pink Lady, a washed blend from Methodical Coffee in Greenville, SC. Our house decaf is Methodical Repose. We also serve rotating single-origin pour-overs.

Does Loops have tea and non-coffee drinks?

Yes. Loops serves organic loose-leaf tea from Appalachian DiviniTEA in Asheville, NC, honey-based drinks with Wehrloom Honey, hot chocolate, and seasonal options. The full menu is at loopsclt.com/menu.html.

What kind of yarn does Loops sell?

Loops carries natural fiber yarns for every level. We stock approachable everyday brands to learn on, alongside hundreds of hand-dyed colorways from Queen City Yarn here in Charlotte. Every skein is available to touch and compare in person before you buy.

Who dyes the yarn at Loops?

Loops partners with Queen City Yarn, a Charlotte-based indie dyer. Their bases include Biddleville DK, Uptown Sock, Plaza Midwood Bulky, South Park Super Bulky, Latta, and Coleman, available in hundreds of hand-painted and tonal colorways.

Can I bring my own project to Loops?

Yes. Loops is designed for lingering. Bring your work-in-progress, order a coffee, and stay as long as you like.

Does Loops offer knitting and crochet classes?

Yes. Loops will run beginner-friendly knitting and crochet classes on a regular calendar. Each class comes with a materials list, and everything on it is stocked in the shop. The full class calendar will be published closer to opening.

Do I need experience to take a class at Loops?

No experience needed. Beginner classes start from the first stitch.

How much do classes cost at Loops?

Is Loops wheelchair accessible?

Loops is on the ground floor at Graham House with step-free entry from the sidewalk. We are designing the build-out to meet ADA accessibility standards, including accessible seating and counter design. If you have specific access questions, reach out any time.

Is Loops near public transit?

Loops sits right off the Sixth Street cycle-track and is a block from the 22 and 26 bus routes on Fifth and Seventh.

Is Loops a good place to work remotely?

Loops is built around staying rather than rushing, and remote workers are welcome. Loops is not a coworking space, so the room feels more like a living room than an office.
