A double shot pulled over hot water. Ten ounces, served black.
Cortado
A double shot with two ounces of steamed milk. Four ounces total, served in a small glass.
Cappuccino
A double shot with six ounces of steamed milk, poured and integrated. Eight ounces, with a thin layer of microfoam across the surface.
Latte
A double shot with ten ounces of steamed milk. Twelve ounces.

Our coffee partner. A specialty roaster based in Greenville, SC focused on traceable sourcing, careful roasting, and a coffee that tastes like something specific. Our house espresso is their Pink Lady; our house decaf is Repose.
