If something isn’t right, tell us. Most of the time we can fix it on the spot. Here’s the policy in writing for the times you want to know what to expect.
Drinks
If a drink isn’t right, tell us. We’ll remake it. No questions, no receipt needed. Wrong milk, off temperature, doesn’t taste how you hoped, fix it on us. Just bring the original cup back to the counter.
Bakery
Everything in the case is baked that morning, so we don’t take routine returns. If something is genuinely off, tell us and we’ll make it right.
Canned tea
Unopened cans can be returned within 7 days with a receipt. Opened cans are not returnable. If a can is defective, bring it back within the same 7 days with a receipt and we’ll replace it.
Yarn
14 days, with receipt. To be returnable:
- Hanks must be uncaked
- Skeins must be unopened with the sleeve still on
- The yarn must be in original condition
Wound, caked, opened, or partially-used yarn is final sale, as are clearance items and dyed-to-order colorways.
Notions
14 days, with receipt, in original packaging. Needles, hooks, stitch markers, project bags, and other accessories are returnable if the packaging is intact.
Classes
Class fees are fully refundable with at least 48 hours notice before class start. Inside 48 hours, we can move you to a future class but can’t refund.
Gift cards
Not refundable. Never expire.
